Boardwalk 4 has been closed since Tuesday, 9/3, for replacement. Demolition of the old boardwalk has begun and the entire boardwalk will be replaced.
We anticipate this project to take 10-14 weeks to complete.
Please plan to use other boardwalks to access the beach during this time.

Have you had your flu shot this fall? Our residents’ health and safety are important. As part of our Back2Business association with MUSC Health, SIPOA is hosting the 5th annual Flu Shot Clinic at the Lake House. Walk-ins are welcome, and be sure to bring your insurance card!

Clinic 2 – COVID Vaccine Clinic *Update: Now including RSV Vaccine as well
Pre-register for the COVID Vaccine using the QR Code or link below. Ensure this information is submitted by midnight on Monday before the event to secure your vaccination.

Time: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Where: Lake House
We file insurance for all vaccines, co-pays may apply. Please bring your insurance card to registration. At this time we cannot accept Tricare for vaccinations.
