Friday, February 14, 2025 – 1:00pm – 6:00pm in Live Oak Hall at the Lake House. The show is always one of the highlights of Annual Meeting Weekend.
We would like to display your artwork – all forms of it! Seabrook Island is lucky to be home to many artists, craftsmen, photographers, hobbyists, and more! If you have artwork you’d like to display at the Arts & Crafts Show, please complete this registration form. This registration form must be submitted no later than noon on Friday, February 7, 2025.
Each exhibitor may request up to 4 rack panels* or 1 table**.
Please note, depending on response, the number of rack-panels/tables per exhibitor may be adjusted to accommodate everyone.
ALL exhibitors are responsible for hanging/displaying their works.
Artwork/photography must be wired for hanging or it will not be displayed.

You may sell your work if you’d like. Please note, work sold during the show must be immediately replaced by another work (work must be display-ready and appropriately labeled). Each exhibitor who chooses to sell is solely responsible for doing so. If you prefer not to sell your work, please indicate “NFS” (Not for Sale) on the registration form.
Entries must be taken down after the show ends. The racks and tables will be cleaned up following the show. The Lake House is not responsible for artwork left on site.

*Rack panels are 36″ wide x 84″ high. Paintings and photos must be placed a minimum of 6″ apart on all sides. Hanging art cannot exceed 34 inches wide, including the frame.
**Tables are 3′ x 3′ and 6′ x 2.5′.
