The voting period for the 2025 SIPOA Annual Meeting opened Thursday, January 16, 2025. Electronic Ballots and voting materials were sent to Property Owners via their Primary Contact email on file from Association Voting: annoucement@associationvoting.com. Paper Ballots and voting materials were mailed as well to those who have not signed up for E-Voting.
Electronic Voting Instructions:
- Look for an email from announcement@associationvoting.com with the subject, “2025 SIPOA Annual Election – Your Vote Counts!”
- Visit vote.associationvoting.com/sipoa/
- Use the provided username and password from your invitation email.
- Preview and cast your vote. You must do both!
- Own multiple properties? You’ll receive separate invitations for each. Remember, one vote per property.
Important! You will get reminder emails until you vote, so make sure to cast your vote promptly!
All Proxy Appointment Forms must be received by SIPOA’s Secretary before 8:00am on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Proxy forms received after 8:00am on Saturday, February 15, 2025, will not be valid.
What is the Proxy Appointment Form?
The Proxy Appointment Form is the document that allows you to cast your vote(s) – one per property owned.
- You can choose the person who is your Proxy Holder. You may choose the SIPOA Secretary (David Cruse), a member of the Board, to be the Proxy Holder and cast your vote(s) as you have indicated on the form, or you can designate another Property Owner in Good Standing to cast your vote(s) for you.
- If you choose to designate someone other than the SIPOA Secretary, David Cruse, your Proxy Holder will also cast your vote(s) as you have indicated on the form.

- Submit Early: Property Owners who submit their completed Proxy Appointment Forms on or before January 25, 2025, will be eligible for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards!
- Second Chance: Property Owners who submit their completed Proxy Appointment Form on or before February 1, 2025, will be eligible for one of five $50 Amazon gift cards!
Remember, the Seabrook Island Club’s voting process is also in session, so you will have two voting packages to complete. We strongly encourage your participation in both processes.

- Enter your name and email
- Request Help
- Receive details from webmaster@associationvoting.com
