Renovations Update #1 | Kickoff September 21

Exciting things are coming to the Lake House! Beginning Monday, September 21, construction will officially begin on several improvements to our fitness and wellness spaces.

What’s Coming?

Over the next few months, we’ll be:

  • Expanding the fitness studio
  • Adding sliding doors for indoor/outdoor class flexibility
  • Extending the barres to accommodate more participants
  • Adding new studio mirrors
  • Adding men’s and women’s saunas with access through the respective locker rooms

We’re excited to see these improvements come to life! While construction is underway, here’s what you need to know:

Construction FAQs

What areas will be closed?

Beginning Monday, September 21, there will be NO ACCESS to the:

  • Back lawn
  • Back porch
  • Fitness studio
  • Loading docks

For everyone’s safety, please stay out of the designated construction areas and follow all posted signage.

Will fitness classes continue?

YES! Classes will continue during construction. Classes normally held in the studio will move to our temporary outdoor classroom on the pool deck. We’ll have the equipment you need waiting outside – all you need to bring is YOU!

What happens if it rains?

Because classes are moving outdoors, weather may occasionally affect the schedule. If a class is canceled or adjusted due to inclement weather, we’ll notify you through our Lake House Text Alerts.

If you regularly attend Lake House classes, we strongly encourage you to sign up so you don’t miss a time-sensitive update.

Will the pool and fitness center remain open?

YES! The pool and fitness center will remain open unless otherwise communicated. If construction requires a temporary change or closure, we’ll let you know as early as possible.

Will parking change?

There will be NO parking near the loading dock during construction. Please follow all construction signage when visiting the Lake House.

How will I get construction updates?

We’ll keep you in the loop! Look for a weekly construction update with:

  • Project progress
  • Upcoming work
  • Changes that may affect your visit
  • Important construction milestones

For time-sensitive information, such as class cancellations or unexpected access changes, we’ll use the Lake House text alert system.

How long will construction last?

Construction is expected to continue for the next few months. As with any renovation, timeliness may shift as work progresses. We’ll keep you updated throughout the project and will let you know about any significant changes.
