Coming December 1: A Better Way to Manage Gate Access!
Beginning December 1, SIPOA will transition Property Owner gate access from ABDi (GateAccess) to SymLiv, offering a more convenient way to manage visitors, contractors, and everyday gate access needs.
While SymLiv is already used for contractor and rental access on Seabrook Island, this phase introduces a dedicated Property Owner Gate Access Dashboard with several helpful features:
- Guest Arrival Notifications: Opt in to receive a text, email, or push notification when your guest arrives at the gate.
- Visitor Passes with QR Codes: Guests will receive their visitor confirmation by text or email, complete with a QR Code to provide at the gate.
- Contractor Day Pass Payments: Property Owners will be able to pay for their contractor’s day passes directly through SymLiv if their contractor does not have an annual barcode.
What do you need to do now? Nothing just yet!
On December 1, Property Owners will receive an email directly from SymLiv with a personalized, time-sensitive link to access their new account.
