SymLiv – Your New Gate Access Dashboard

Last week, we introduced SymLiv, SIPOA’s new Property Owner gate access platform, launching December 1. This week, we’re giving you a sneak peek of what you’ll be able to do!

Whether you’re using a computer, tablet, or the SymLiv Resident App on your smartphone, managing your gate access needs will be right at your fingertips. Your barcodes will not be affected during this transition.

Here’s a look at a few key features:

  • Visitor Passes: Create passes for guests, with the option to send digital QR codes directly to their email and/or phone.
  • Contractor Passes: Create passes for contractors and conveniently pay for their day passes directly through SymLiv, either online or in the app.

  • Resident Barcodes: Request new vehicle barcodes and view your current passes, all in one place.
  • Household & Contacts: View household information and save frequently used visitors for easier access in the future.
Request a Resident Barcode: Request a new vehicle barcode and select your preferred pickup location.
Create a Visitor or Contractor Pass: Enter your visitor’s information and choose whether to save their details for future use.
View your Current Passes: Quickly access existing resident barcodes and review pass information.

No action is needed just yet! On December 1, Property Owners will receive an email directly from SymLiv with a personalized link to access their accounts.
