The Power of Prana | Breath-Workshop

Breath is life. Integrate yourself and experience the power of prana. Prana is the Sanskrit word for breath, meaning life force. Breathing comes naturally and without thought; imagine being conscious of your breath and learning the tools necessary to strengthen and awaken to your potential.

Throughout this workshop, you will learn new breathing techniques, their benefits, and when to use them. Whether you’re looking to improve your stamina on the course or court, master your swing, increase energy levels, or drift with ease into a deep restful sleep, this workshop is for you.
